If you have multiple items in an order and they are shipped separately, you will have an installment plan for each shipment. The perk? You'll never be in a situation where you pay for an item that you haven't received. For example: You order 3 items from a retailer for $100.00. The first item for $40.00 ships, you receive a shipping confirmation from the retailer and an installment confirmation from Klarna for 4 payments of $10.00. One week later, your remaining 2 items worth $60.00 ship. You receive another email from the retailer and another email from Klarna with an installment confirmation of 4 payments of $15.00.

We've got you covered! Any payments already made will be refunded back to the original payment method and the remaining payments will be cancelled. Should you return only part of your purchase, the total balance will be updated and any remaining payments are automatically adjusted in the case of partial returns (starting from the last installment and moving forward). Any payments already made will be refunded.
Two payments have been charged to my credit or debit card, but only one payment appears on my Klarna.com account. Why is this?
As part of our approval process, we may conduct a pre-authorization on your specified card to ensure it is not being used fraudulently. The amount charged will never be greater than your first installment due for the order. The pre-authorization is immediately voided or reversed by Klarna, which means that the funds should not be withheld from your account. Please note, this is not a charge, and Klarna does not receive any funds associated with the pre-authorization.
