Orders may take up to 2-3 business days after purchasing before being shipped. Weekends do not count as processing times.
After payment is accepted and your order is processed, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to reach you, depending on your location. You will receive a shipping email once your order has been shipped so please make sure that your email address is correct when checking out. All items are shipped through USPS.
Customers located in the Rochester, NY area are required to pay shipping for their order to be shipped to them. We are no longer accepting items to be picked up.
We do our best to double check all items before and after an order is processed. If you are to receive a damaged item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your concern and a picture of the damage. If the damage is our fault, the item(s) can be returned back to us for exchange if your size is still available. SIZE CHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If the item(s) is no longer available in your size, return will be processed.
Refunds for items can be made within 14 days of delivery. After 5 days, you will only be eligible to receive store credit. Please be aware of this timeframe, it does not include weekends.
Items can only be returned as long as they haven't been worn/ washed, still have the original tags attached and is sent back within 14 days of the received date. Please be sure to contact us at email@example.com before returning. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Size charts are listed next to item descriptions so please double check your sizing/ measurements before placing your order.

After an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or make any changes. Please make sure to double check payment and address BEFORE confirming and placing your order so there are no issues during delivery.
If your order shows as 'fraudulent' in our system, you will be required to send identification to verify your order before it can be processed and shipped. If identification is not sent after 2 business days, your order will be cancelled.
CHARGEBACKS/ DISPUTED CHARGES
If you place an order with Shameless Silhouette, receive the order and contact your bank to dispute the charges, you will be blocked from our website and social media and will not be able to purchase from us again.
Any orders returned back to our warehouse will be required to pay shipping fees again since we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please make sure your info is correct when checking out.
Any orders $100 or more will require a signature at time of delivery. Signatures can only be made by someone 18 or older in the household. Please make sure that you stay up to date on your tracking to make proper arrangements.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen items. We will do our best to help you locate your package once delivered but you will need to file a claim with USPS. Packages are insured.
